As a conductor, Tammy-Jo is being sought after in the handbell and choral worlds.  She was chosen from conductors across Canada as the Canadian conductor for the International Handbell Symposium in Jeju, Korea in 2014, and was one of the Massed Ringing Conductors at the National Conference - The Ringing Link in Calgary, AB which took place in July 2011.  

Tammy-Jo was chosen as one of the Mentoring Conductors for the Distinguished Concerts International New York conducting program in January 2014.
Over the last decade, Tammy-Jo and her colleague Warren Mack have jointly led a choir called "The United Voices of Edmonton" in a tour of Alberta (2017), taken the choir by invitation of DCINY to sing in Carnegie Hall (2016) and they received a week-long residency at Gloucester Cathedral, England (2011) where they sang services each day at the Cathedral.  In addition, they sang at three services at Bath Abbey and performed a concert in Alveston.
